This will cronicle the days, weeks and months of our family's progression from the small space of military base housing to the more moderate means of an eventual home for a budding family.
Currently we have fired our real estate agent after he made a few mistakes, namley getting angry with my wife and not understanding what home we really want. I guess i could have got upset at the guy, but it's his loss and we move on. We did get pre-approved for a home loan and have toured the area so we are better prepared for our next agent.
I hesitate to use his name, should it not work out well, but i used the ELP (endorsed local provider) link from Dave Ramsey's web site to find this next agent. Monday we should begin our discussion and hopefully things will move quickly from there.
Once we do find a home, I plan to morph this blog into a home improvment log, tracking the changes and increased value of the home through the hard work of this new family.
